I bought this for my sister's 30th birthday. Topaz is our birthstone.

When I received it, I was very happy with the quality. The stones are large and pretty, a somewhat lighter blue than pictured... like Oklahoma sky blue. She's got fairly dark skin so I kinda thought this would look bright and pretty.
